Reference library access (catalog browsing, methodology, citations, testing documentation) is open and does not require verification.
4. Jurisdiction & Restrictions
Distribution is subject to applicable federal, state, and local law in the destination jurisdiction. Certain compounds may be restricted or prohibited in specific states, provinces, or countries. The recipient is responsible for compliance with the law of their jurisdiction. Where a compound is restricted, Park Ave Peptides will decline distribution to that jurisdiction regardless of credentials.
5. Data & Confidentiality
Clinician and researcher contact information submitted through this site is held in confidence and used solely to respond to inquiries and to deliver requested documentation. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with third parties. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be used to improve the reference library. 6. Limitation of Liability
Materials are supplied for research use only and without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the analytical specifications documented on the Certificate of Analysis for the released lot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Park Ave Peptides disclaims liability for any use of materials outside the documented research-use context, including any administration to humans or animals.
7. Records & Documentation
Lot release records, Certificates of Analysis, and retained samples are held for the full shelf-life of each released lot and made available on request to verified recipients. Editorial records, including peer-review notes and correction history, are retained per the Editorial Methodology.
